Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We provide complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders. Orders ship from our Swedish atelier with tracking.
How long will delivery take?
Estimated delivery times from dispatch are:
- Europe: 1–3 business days
- North & South America: 2–4 business days
- Asia: 3–5 business days
- Oceania: 4–6 business days
- Africa: 3–5 business days
Delays may occur due to customs processing or local conditions.
Will I have to pay import duties or taxes on delivery?
No. All orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means we cover all import duties, taxes, and customs fees on your behalf. The amount you see at checkout is the final price.
Do you provide tracking for my order?
Yes. You will receive a dispatch email with tracking details. Tracking is also available in your account.
Can I manage my delivery preferences?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you can manage delivery via the carrier tools linked in your tracking email. Depending on destination and service, you may be able to:
- Reschedule the delivery
- Redirect within the same country
- Choose Service Point pickup
- Set signature preferences where available
- Request a temporary hold
For DHL Express shipments, these options are available via DHL On Demand Delivery. For PostNord Home shipments, similar choices are offered through PostNord after the delivery notification.
When will my pre-order ship?
Items marked as Pre-Order are temporarily out of stock but available for reservation. Restocks typically take 30–60 days, depending on production. The estimated delivery timeframe is shown on the product page. Once your item is ready, you’ll receive a confirmation email and tracking details.
