Which payment methods do you accept?
We accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and secure checkout. Payments are handled by PCI-compliant processors, and we never store full card details. Your bank may request 3D Secure verification.
Will I be charged in my local currency?
Where supported, prices and charges appear in your local currency. If not supported, orders are processed in EUR. The currency and total are clearly shown at checkout before you confirm payment.
Are your prices inclusive of VAT and duties?
Yes. The total shown at checkout is the final amount you will pay.
- EU customers: Prices include VAT at the applicable rate for your destination.
- Non-EU customers: Prices include any import duties and taxes. We ship all international orders Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), so you won’t pay anything extra at delivery.
When will my payment be processed?
Your selected payment method will be charged immediately at checkout. This applies to all orders, including pre-orders. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once the payment is complete.
What if my payment is declined?
If you encounter a payment issue, try the following:
- Confirm that all card details are correct
- Check for sufficient funds or available credit
- Contact your bank to authorize the transaction (especially for international purchases)
- Try a different payment method at checkout
