What is your return/exchange policy?

We offer 30-day returns and exchanges from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, with all original packaging and in the same condition as received. Personalized items, where offered, are final sale unless defective.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

To start a return:

  1. Log in to your account using the same email used at checkout.
  2. Go to Order History and select the relevant order.
  3. Click Request Return, choose the item(s), and select a return reason.
  4. Submit the request. If approved, you’ll receive an email with further instructions.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is incorrect, defective, or damaged. In those cases, we cover the cost and arrange the return.

Can I exchange an item for a different color?

Yes. The easiest and fastest option is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred color or variation.

How long do refunds take to process?

After your return is received and approved, refunds are issued within 2–3 business days to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers typically post funds within 5–10 business days; some cards may show the credit on the next statement.

Do I need to do anything special for international returns?

For returns from outside the EU, mark the parcel and customs forms as Returned Goods and attach the original invoice or order confirmation to the outside of the package. This prevents import charges when the parcel arrives in Sweden. Keep your receipt or tracking number until the return is confirmed.

What if the item I received is defective or incorrect?

Contact us immediately with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund and cover all related shipping.

Are there any fees or deductions?

We do not charge restocking fees. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return is received and approved.
