In-stock orders are usually dispatched within one business day, and orders placed before noon CET typically leave the same day.

No. Orders outside the EU ship Delivered Duty Paid, which means Berling settles import duties and taxes on your behalf. Within the EU, prices already include VAT. Wherever you are, the amount paid at checkout is the final price.
You will receive a dispatch email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves the atelier. Tracking follows the parcel from first scan to delivery and is also available in your account.
Often, yes. Once your parcel is with DHL Express, the On Demand Delivery links in your tracking email let you reschedule the delivery, redirect it within the same country, choose a service point, set signature preferences or place a temporary hold. Available options depend on the destination.
