Payment at Berling is straightforward. The amount shown at checkout is the final price, with VAT, duties and taxes included.
We accept major cards, digital wallets and selected local payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Klarna. Depending on your market, options such as Swish, iDEAL and Bancontact may also be available. The full list for your country is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Where local currency checkout is supported, prices are displayed and charged in that currency. Where it is not supported, your order is processed in EUR. The exact currency and total are shown at checkout before payment.
Yes. Within the EU, prices include VAT at the rate for your destination. Outside the EU, orders ship with duties and taxes included, so the amount paid at checkout is the final amount, with nothing further due on delivery.
Payment is captured at checkout when your order is placed. This also applies to pre-orders, which reserve a piece from the next production run.
Yes. Checkout is encrypted and payments are handled by secure payment providers. Berling never stores your full card details.
Most declined payments are resolved through the card issuer or payment provider. Check that your details and billing address are correct, confirm that the purchase is approved by your bank, or try another payment method. If the issue continues, contact us and we will help you complete the order.
You can request to cancel an order through your account until the order has been fulfilled. In-stock orders are prepared quickly, so the cancellation option may no longer be available once the order is in preparation or has been dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched, our return policy applies after delivery. For changes to an order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
