You have 60 days from delivery to return a piece, provided it is unused, in original condition and returned with all packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Returns are accepted within 60 days of delivery. Pieces should be unused, in their original condition and returned with all packaging, including the dust bag and presentation box.

Color changes are handled as a return and a new order. Place a new order for the color you would like, then return the original piece within 60 days for a refund. Ordering first secures the new piece without waiting for the return to arrive in Sweden.
The quickest way is through your account.
- Sign in with the email you used at checkout.
- Open the order under Order History and choose Request Return.
- Select the piece and a return reason, then submit the request.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions by email.

Return shipping is arranged and paid by you for standard returns. If a piece arrives incorrect, defective or damaged, we cover the cost and arrange the return for you. Use a tracked service and keep your proof of postage until the refund is confirmed.
No. There are no restocking fees, and your refund covers the full amount paid for the returned piece. For standard returns, the return postage is the only cost you carry.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2 to 3 business days of your return being received and approved. Your bank or payment provider then posts the funds, typically within 5 to 10 business days depending on the card.
The steps are the same wherever you are. For returns from outside the EU, mark the parcel and its customs forms as Returned Goods and attach the invoice or order confirmation to the outside of the package. This helps the parcel clear Swedish customs as a return rather than a new import. Keep your tracking number until the refund is confirmed.
Contact us straight away with your order number and a few photos of the piece and its packaging. We will arrange the return at our cost and resolve it through replacement, repair or refund.
Purchases are covered by the Swedish Consumer Sales Act, which allows you to raise a complaint within three years of delivery for faults that trace back to production. If something does not seem right, contact us with your order number and photos, and we will review it.
